1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 bag milk chocolate chips
1 small bag mini marshmallows

Mix all ingredients except marshmallows in crockpot and heat, stirring occasionally. Add marshmallows when hot.
