6 c. water
4 chicken bullion cubes
1 large onion (diced)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3 stalks celery (diced)
1 package frozen California mixed vegetables
2/3 large block Velveta Cheese (cubed)
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
In large stock pot saute butter, onion and celery until transparent. Add water and bullion cubes and bring to a boil. Add Cream of Chicken soup and California mixed vegetables. When all ingredients are mixed well, continue to simmer and slowly add Velveta cubes.
