Ingredients:	Ingredients: 6-8 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed 8 slices bacon, cut into pieces ½ lb. ground beef ½ C. chopped onion 1 t. celery salt 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 2 bay leaves 1⅔ C. milk Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:	Directions: Cover potatoes with water and boil until tender. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and bacon. Reserve 3-4 T. bacon fat. Drain off all remaining fat from meats. Add onions to the fat you reserved and cook only until tender; add soups, celery salt, bay leaves, and meats; bring to boil. Potatoes should be tender and beginning to lose cube shape. Add meat and soup mixture to potatoes. Add milk and heat thoroughly. Simmer 30 minutes. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top when serving.
