1¼ C. sugar
1¼ C. brown sugar
3 T. cinnamon
⅛ t salt
1 egg white
2 t. vanilla
3 C. almonds (or pecans or cashews)
¼ C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in large bowl sugars, cinnamon & salt. In another bowl, whisk together egg white and vanilla until frothy. Add nuts and coat thoroughly.

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Add nuts and cinnamon mixture to crock. Stir until nuts are well coated with cinnamon mixture.

Cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring every 20 minutes. In the last hour, add ¼ C. water and stir well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread nuts onto the baking sheet to cool. The nuts should be sticky so be sure to separate them.
