1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
2 cloves chopped garlic
1 (16 oz.) can tomatos
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Lasagne noodles
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese (grated)
1/2 c. parmesan cheese (grated)
1 box dry cottage (or ricotta) cheese

Brown meat and garlic in large skillet; add salt and pepper,tomatos, tomato sauce and italian seasoning. Simmer on low 15 minutes. Meanwhile cook noodles according to pkg. instructions. Grease a 11x13 pan. Put layer of cooked noodles, mozzarella cheese, cottage or ricotta cheese and meat sauce. Repeat as needed till all used. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
