1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1 c. fresh or frozen peaches, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, sour cream and vanilla; mix well. Combine flour and baking powder; stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Fold in peaches and pecans. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 400* for 20 - 25 minutes or until test done. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. 1 dozen
