4-5 pork chops
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
2 cups ketchup
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 T. cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooking oil in skillet. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt and pepper on both sides of chops. Cook until brown on both sides. Mix together ketchup and brown sugar. Pour 1/4 of mixture in to bottom of crock pot, add chops two at a time. Pour mixture on chops as you add them to the crock pot ending with mixture on top.

Cook on low for 4-5 hrs.
