10 oz. frozen peas, thawed
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped cauliflower
1/4 c. diced green onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. ranch dressing
1 c. chopped cashews
Crisp cooked bacon, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all vegetables. Mix sour cream and ranch dressing together and add to vegetables. Chill. Stir in cashews and garnish with bacon just before serving.
