4-6 baking potatoes
8 slices of bacon(fry and crumble) - or bag of bacon bits
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or salt
1/2 c. shredded cheese
green onions - 2-3 diced

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes at 400º for 1 hour or until done
Let rest for 10 minutes
Cut potatoes in half the long way and scoop out potato from skin, leaving a boat shape.
Mash the potatoes with milk, sr. cream, seasons. fold in 1/2 the cheese, and bacon bits.
Spoon mixture back into potato skins
Top with remainder shredded cheese
Bake on cookie sheet at for 15-20 minutes or until hot and cheese melted.
