1 can regular corn
1 can cream style corn
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
3 eggs-beaten
1chopped onion
1/2 c. margarine
1c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheddar
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté' onionin1/2 c. margarine
Mix corn muffin mix, eggs, and onion together and put in creased casserole dish or cake pan
Put spoon fulls of sour cream on top
Top with grated cheddar cheese
Bake at 350º for 45 min to hour
