Fresh green beans, washed and stems removed
two egg whites + 1 T water, (or egg substitute)
1 cup of Kraft's Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Line jelly roll pan with foil and spray with Pam.
Dip each bean in egg white or egg substitute then roll in Parmesan and pepper mix. Place on prepared pan separately in one layer. Do not let beans touch.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes until slightly browned. Remove from oven, cool and enjoy. Use your favorite dipping sauce.

This is a Weight Watchers recipe. For crispy fries back 8-10 minutes. Leftovers can be stored in refrigerator and warmed for serving later.
