2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. grated lemon peel, or more if liked
1 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. chopped walnuts

Lemon Frosting:
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375º. Mix together flour, powder and salt. Cream butter
and sugar until light. Beat in egg and lemon peel until fluffy. At low speed, mix in flour mixture. Stir in zucchini and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoons on lined cookie sheet. Bake 15 - 20 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on racks.

Frosting.
Mix well the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle over warm cookies.
