1 C. sugar
¼ C. evaporated milk
1 T. Karo syrup
Grated rind of one orange (1-2 T)
2 C. pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, milk, and Karo over medium heat until mixture reaches the soft ball stage. Beat until creamy. Add orange rind and beat until the mixture turns white and thick. Add pecans and drop from spoon onto wax paper.

For pecan clusters use pecan pieces; for coated pecans use pecan halves and separate with a fork immediately after coating.
