4 eggs, beaten
2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. oil
7 1/2 c. sifted flour
7 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, milk, oil and vanilla. Mix in sifted dry ingredients. Roll out and cut donuts. Fry in oil until browned. Drain on paper towels.
