2 8ounce packages, refrigerated Crescent rolls
2½ ounces Corned Beef, chopped
½ cup Sauerkraut, drained, squeezed dry and chopped
¼ cup Thousand Island dressing
1 cup Swiss cheese, finely grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Unroll crescent dough; separate into 8 rectangles and press perforations together to seal.
Spread about 1½ teaspoons dressing evenly onto each rectangle and top with chopped corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese.
Starting at shortest side, roll up each rectangle, jelly roll fashion; press seams together to seal.
Cut each roll into four one inch thick slices.
Place cut sides down on a 15" round baking stone. Bake 20-22 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve warm with additional Thousand Island dressing for dipping, if desired.
