2 Lb. Ground Sirloin
1 Lb. Ground Pork
1 Lb. Ground Turkey
1 Slice Onion (finely Chopped)
1 Tab. Oil
1/2 tea Thyme
1/2 tea. Black Pepper
1 tea. Salt
2 tea. Dijon Mustard
3 Tab. Worcestershire Sauce
2/3 cup Saltine Crackers about 16 Crushed (or 1 1/3 cups Bread Crumbs)
1/4 cup Parsley
1/2 cup Milk
2 large Eggs
6 Slices Bacon

Glaze

1/2 cup Ketchup
4 Tab. Brown Sugar
4 tea Vinegar

Heat oven to 350 Deg.

Mix eggs with thyme, salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and milk.

Put oil in medium Skillet Saute onion until softnnd. set aside to cool.

Mix all the meat in a large bowl, add crackers, parsley and onion add the egg mixture. if it feels wet add more crackers put in a 9" X 13" pan lace bacon on top of the meat cover.

Cook for about 1 1/2 hours

Glaze

Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil mixing well. Set aside. Take the meat loaf out of the oven, take off the cover put glaze on top return to the oven for about 30 min.
