1 pkg. (8 oz) angel hair pasta
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c vegetable oil
1 c cubed fully cooked ham
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c stick margarine, melted
2 egg yolks, beaten
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta until done. Meanwhile in a large skillet, sauté the onion in oil. Add the ham, broth and margarine. Heat through. Drain pasta; add to ham mixture. Add the egg yolks; cook until the eggs are completely set. Sprinkle with the cheese and toss.
