1 ready made pie crust
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
pepper to taste
3 eggs
1 cup half and half
2 to 4 slices Swiss Cheese
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1 4 oz can sliced mushrooms
1 cup diced cooked ham


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Allow crust to set at room temperature for 15 minutes. In a medium bowl beat together flour, salt, pepper, eggs and half and half. Place pie crust in pan and cover the bottom with Swiss cheese. Sprinkle spinach evenly over Swiss cheese. Cover spinach with mushroom. Pour egg mixture over mushrooms. Cover with ham ad sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Bake ;for 40- 45 minutes until filling is set and top is golden.
