2 c. yellow squash, finely chopped
1 cup onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Ms. Dash
1/2 tsp. Garlic salt
1 tsp. Parsley flakes
1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all but the flour and mix well. Stir in the flour. Fry in a skillet with 1/2" vegetable oil. Cook 3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Turn over and do the same. Drain on a paper towel and serve.
