6 English muffins
9-oz can chicken, drained
1 stick butter, softened
5-oz jar Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 T. mayonnaise
1 t. seasoned salt
1-2 t. hot sauce (if desired)

Directions:
Split English muffins, making 12 rounds. Combine other ingredients and spread evenly on the 12 muffin rounds. Cut each round into 4 pieces and place on cookie sheet. Freeze at least 30 minutes. Broil until puffy and bubbly, about 5 minutes.

Notes: Chopped black or green olives make a good addition or substitution for the chicken. After pieces are frozen they may be placed in a plastic bag and used as needed. If the recipe is doubled, you may use a bit less butter (1½ sticks).

It has become difficult to find the Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese. You can substitute 1 can of Cheddar squeeze cheese (8-oz) if using a larger can of chicken. If you do make that substitution, add a little extra mayo. This will be enough filling for at least 8 English muffins.

Air Fryer--bake at 380° for 5 minutes (from frozen).
