For Cake:
1 C Flour
3/4 C White Sugar
2 t Baking Powder
1/2 t Salt
1 1/2 T Cocoa
1/2 C Milk
2 T Melted Butter
1 t Vanilla

For Topping
1/2 C Brown Sugar
1/2 C White Sugar
3 T Cocoa
1 C Boiling Water

Directions:
Directions:
For cake, mix all ingredients and pour into a 8x8 pan.

In a sauce pan bring topping ingredients to a boil.

Slowly pour topping evenly over the cake batter.

Topping will sink to the bottom.

Bake at 350 for 30 min.

To serve cut cake and using a pan cake turner flip the slice for to serve. Frosting will now be on top. Serve with ice cream, we like coffee!
