Ingredients:  
½ lb. butter
1 lb. New York sharp cheddar cheese
3 C. plain flour
1 t. salt
½ to ¾ t. cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and cool. Grate cheese. Mix together with salt and pepper. Gradually add flour. Put through cheese straw press. Bake at 325°-350° until lightly brown.
