1 sugar-free devil's food cake mix
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
Splenda equal to 1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup sugar-free semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix cake according to package directions. Fill paper-lined muffin tins 2/3 full. In bowl, cream together cream cheese and Splenda. Beat in egg; stir in chocolate chips. Drop 1 rounded teaspoon of cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake for 15 minutes or until cupcakes spring back when lightly touched. These cupcakes need no frosting.

Yield: 30 cupcakes
