1/2 c. water
Pinch of salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. Karo Syrup
1 pkg. raw peanuts
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking soda

Directions:
Directions:
Bring to a boil water and salt. Add sugar and karo syrup. Cook until it spins in a thread (230º) Add peanuts. cook until golden brown (290º). Take from heat and add butter, vanilla and baking soda. Pour onto 2 greased cookie sheets. Don't spread, just let it run into the sides. Let cool, break in to chunks and enjoy.
