1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c.oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. flour
2 T. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
4 c. diced rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients and press 3/4 of the mixture into a greased 9 inch baking pan. Cover with rhubarb. In another an over medium heat, combine remaining ingredients and cook until thick and clear. Pour over rhubarb. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
