3 to 4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 heaping T. flour
1 unbaked pie shell

TOPPING:
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb, sugar, salt,and flour together. Put into pie shell. Beat the eggs and pour over rhubarb mixture.
TOPPING: mix together all ingredients for the topping and sprinkle half of the mixture over the pie. This crumb mixture makes enough for 2 pies. Bake at 400º for 15 then reduce heat to 350º and bake for 30 minutes.
