I will describe how to make the peanut butter frosting. This is great on homemade or boxed dark chocolate brownies. Also great on banana cake believe it or not.

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter.
2.5 Tbsp soft margarine or butter.
2 ++ cups powdered sugar.
3/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup soft cool whip
1/4 cup milk

Mix all ingredients until smooth. Best done with electric mixer. Add more powdered sugar as needed to make it as thick as you like.
Covers a 9 x 13 pan of your favorite brownies or banana cake.
