3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
11/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Sift dry ingredients together. Cream shortening and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in zucchini and flour. Stir in raisins and nuts.

Drop onto parchment covered cookie sheet by Tbsp. Bake for 8 - 10 min.
