6 Tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb onions, about 4 large
2 cans of condensed beef consommé
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. white wine
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
black pepper
8 slices of French break, cut 1/2 inch thick
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
Parmesan cheese

In a 3 quart casserole, place butter and onions. Cover and microwave on high for 8 min. or until tender. Stir twice. Stir in consommé, hot water, wine, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cover, microwave on high for 7 - 8 minutes until boiling. Divide between 4 individual 15 oz. casseroles or soup bowls. Top each with two slices French bread. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp. Swiss cheese and 1 tsp. of Parmesan. Microwave 3 - 4 min. or until cheese melts.
