1 box cake mix (yellow or white)
1/3 c milk
1/4 c soft butter or margarine
1 egg
1 c chocolate chips
1/2 c coconut
1/2 c chopped nuts
Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, butter or margarine, milk and egg. Beat on low speed of mixer until stiff dough forms. Mix in chocolate chips, coconut and nuts.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls into powdered sugar; turn to coat with a fork. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375º about 10 minutes, or until very light brown, so they will be moist. Let stand a few minutes; remove from cookie sheet.
