4 eggs 1 ½ C cheese, cubed
1 ½ C half & half 1 lb cooked pork sausage, crumbled
1 T flour or ¾ lb cooked bacon, crumbled
½ t salt 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In blender, put eggs, cream, flour and spices; cover and process at MIX until well blended. Stop blender and add onion and cheese. Cover and process 3 cycles at GRIND. Sprinkle meat on bottom of pie shell and pour egg mixture over the top. Bake 35-45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Traditional QL is made as above with Swiss cheese. I like to use any cheese I have on hand and add cooked asparagus, spinach or broccoli with the meat. I often put parsley in the blender with the eggs.
