1/3 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon Lavender

1 Cup Kosher Salt
Zest of 1 lemon
1 Tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:

Heat Olive Oil and Lavender on low heat for about 5-6 minutes to infuse the Lavender into the oil.
Cool completely.

In a bowl mix salt, zest, and lemon juice.
Slowly pour oil in and mix well.

Put in any small container.

I know you can't eat this but it is smells so good I thought someone might want to make it anyway!
