1 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup hemp seed hearts
• 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, roughly chopped
• 1/4 cup nuts, roughly chopped
• 1/8 cup chia seeds
• 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• Optional add-ins: dried cranberries, shredded coconut, course sea salt, stevia

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together by hand. Roll mixture into bite size
balls. If mixture becomes too dry and crumbly, just add another spoonful of peanut butter or wet the mixture with just a few drops of water.

Place each ball on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then freeze for 10-15 minutes or
until firm. Protein bites will keep well in an airtight container in the fridge for about a week.
