½ Gal Cucumbers (run through Food Pro .) so they are sliced thin

Red onions to taste (Red for Color) any amount you like

2 TBLS pickling salt

¾ to one cup sugar

½ Cup Vinegar

2 TBLS pickling salt
Cover with water and let stand 24 hrs. Refrigerate
Drain
¾ to one cup sugar
½ Cup Vinegar
Mix until sugar is dissolved
Pour mixture over Cukes & onions
Let stand additional 24 hrs and put in containers and freeze
