1/2 c soft margarine
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c sour milk***
2 1/2 c flour
4 tbsp. of Cocoa
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of clove
2 c of finely chopped zucchini
1/4 c of chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Cream sugar, oil, oleo, eggs, vanilla and sour milk with a mixer. Mix together all the dry ingredients, add to the creamed mixture. Beat well. Stir in zucchini, spoon in to a 9x12x12 pan that is floured and greased. Bake 40-45 min or until toothpick comes out clean and dry.

*** to make sour milk mix 1/2 cup of milk with 1 tsp of lemon juice
