Fish filets, rinsed and dried
Lemons
sliced almonds
One bowl of flour
Another bowl of salt, pepper and a touch of cayenne if desired
One bowl of milk or combination of milk and egg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sliced almonds in butter and then when browned squeeze the juice of a lemon over them. Season fish filets with spices of choice. Then dredge in flour until coated, then place in egg wash then back in flour. Cook in flour until a fork goes through easily. Squeeze lemon juice over the filets. Serve with almonds on top.
