1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 large egg
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 cup flour
6 full size graham crackers
1 heaping cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Line an 8x8 pa with foil and spray with cooking spray.

In a large microwave safe bowl - melt the butter. Let the butter cool and then add in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla and whisk together until smooth. Add the flour and stir until combined.

Place the graham crackers in a large plastic bag and let the kids crush the crackers.

Add the graham crackers (and all the crumbs), marshmallows, and both kinds of chocolate chips and fold to incorporate.

Pour batter into the pan and smooth.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bars have firmed up in the center and the edges are set.

Let cool completely before slicing and serving.
