2 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 tsp ground cumin
1 lime
1 10 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 tbsp shredded cheese
1 cup cooked brown rice

Directions:
Directions:
coat an over proof skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium high
season chicken with garlic powder and cumin
cook chicken until done
remove chicken and set aside, cover with juice from half a lime
cook tomatoes in pan for 1 minute
preheat the broiler
return chicken to pan, top with tomato mixture and cover with cheese. cook under broiler 2 minutes
place 1/2 cup of rice on each plate and top with chicken.
