2 lbs. tender fresh Orka
5 Hot Red or Green Peppers
5 cloves garlic. Peeled
1 qt. White Vinegar
6 T Salt
1 T Mustard Seed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Orka and pack into pint jars. Add garlic and pepper to each jar. Boil vinegar, salt and mustard seed. Pour over Orka in jars, seal Process in water bath
