3/4 cup white sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons lemon zest

Preheat oven 325 degrees . Grease an 8x4 loaf pan.bake 45 min or until knife comes out when insert in center of bread.
In a bowl, beat together the zucchini, sugar,egg,and oil.in a separate bowl, sift together the flour,salt,baking soda, and baking powder; stir in the cinnamon and lemon zest ;stir in the flour mixture into the zucchini mixture judt until blended. Pour the batter into prepared pan
