1 1/2 cups Raisins
1/4 cup Bourbon or Orange Juice
2 T Margarine
1/4 cup packed Light Brown Sugar
1 Egg
3/4 cup Flour
3/4 cup tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground Cloves
2 cups Pecan or Walnut halves
1/4 pound Citrons diced
1/2 pound Candied Cherries

Stir raisins and bourbon together, let stand 1 hour. Cream margarine until fluffy, beat in brown sugar, beat in egg. Mix flour, soda and spices. Add raisins, pecans and fruit. Mix. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 mins. At 325º

Mom made these for Christmas. One Christmas Uncle Vic kept eating and tell her how good they were. He didn't like liquor.
