Ingredients:
15 Button or Criminal mushrooms. thick sliced or large whole mushrooms
1/2 Cup sour Cream
1 tablespoon Lee & Perrine (Worcestershire Sauce)
Season salt
Fresh Cracked Pepper
2 tablespoons of butter or more
Lemon Juice

Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pan add your butter and salute your mushrooms until tender. Take your time and cook until very tender. You can add a tablespoon of water and cover your pan to help tenderize the mushrooms. Once cooked and all the water is gone if you went that route add in your sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and reduce. It's important that you have enough butter to sauce your mushrooms so add more butter during the sautéing process if needed. If you like a slightly more sour flavor, add a little fresh lemon juice to taste.

All the spices can be modified to suit your individual tastes.

This is a great and very simple dish for mushroom lovers. You can slice your mushrooms or leave them whole. If you go with whole mushrooms choose very large ones and take your time sautéing them. Simple and very tasty!
