1 1/2teaspoons black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons of onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons of Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons of dried thyme.

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight container. This rub will keep for weeks. Goes great on fish, beef and pork. Put into aa air-tight container and it will keep for months.
