1/2 C. Canola Oil
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
3 Ripe Banana's
2 C. Whole Wheat Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 T. Milk
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 C. Chopped Pecans

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350º Grease a 5 x 9 x 3 Pan for 1 hour
Combine oil, sugar, and eggs. Blend well. Mix in Banana's. In Separate bowl mix dry ingredients. Stir into Banana mix. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in nuts.

I Love to make this in mini loaf pans. It makes 4 loaf's and so fun to share:) and they bake in about 40 minutes.
