4 tbsp Canned diced jalapeno chiles
1/4 c Diced yellow onion
1 (14.5 oz) Can diced tomatoes with green chiles
1 (14.5 oz) Can whole peeled tomatoes with juice
3/4 tsp Garlic salt
1 tsp Ground cumin
1/4 tsp Sugar

Directions:
Process jalapenos and onions in a food processor for 3-5 seconds.
Process both cans of tomatoes, garlic salt, cumin, and sugar until well blended.
Place in a container, cover, and chill well before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
To can the salsa, add extra jalapenos to maintain desired spice level.
Rather than chilling salsa, bring it to 180ºF and simmer for 30 minutes to kill any bacteria or enzyme before canning.
Fill cans to within 1/4 inch of top.
