1 Cup Rice, uncooked
1 Can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 Can Cream of celery soup
1 8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz
2 Pkg Chopped broccoli, frozen
½ Cup Milk
1-2 Tbsp Margarine
¼ to ½ medium Onion, finely chopped

Cook rice and broccoli in separate pans according to the package directions, deleting salt and margarine from rice directions. Melt margarine in large frying pan. Sauté the onions until tender. Add soups & cheese, simmer. Add milk and stir well. Add drained broccoli and mix well. Butter or spray with Pam a 9” X 13” Pan. Spread cooked rice in bottom. Cover with broccoli cheese mixture. Do not stir. Bake uncovered for 15 min. at 350 degrees.
