1 c. apples - diced
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
2. eggs (whipped)
2. c. bananas - mashed
2 tsp. vanilla
3. c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Put apples in bowl and put 1 c. sugar over top and let stand.
Mix 1 c. sugar, cooking oil and 2 eggs and bananas.

Add apples, vanilla, flour baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and mix together.

Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan.

For topping:
Mix melted butter, brown sugar and nuts together and sprinkle over cake mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes
