1 lb ground beef
1 onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 can biscuits
1/2 c shredded cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1 egg slightly beaten
1 c shredded cheese for topping.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion and green peppers. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, garlic salt and simmer. Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Pull each biscuit apart into two layers. Press 10 layers over bottom of ungreased 9 inch square pan. Combine cheese, sour cream and egg. Mix well. Remove meat mixture from heat. Stir in sour cream mixture and spoon over dough. Arrange remaining biscuit layers on top. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated cheese. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
