1 c. corn syrup
1 c. sugar
1½ c. peanut butter
6 c. chex cereal
1½ c. M&M's
1½ c. butterscotch chip
1½ c. semi sweet chocolate chips
½ c. peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in 1½ cups peanut butter. Place Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl. Pour over peanut butter syrup over Chex cereal and carefully toss. Stir in M&M's. Scoop cookie size portions onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. In a medium size microwavable bowl add butterscotch chips, semi sweet chips and peanut butter. Stir every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Spoon chocolate mixture over cookie mounds. Let stand until set before serving.
