8 c. ripe tomatoes, cored and chopped
5 jalapeno peppers, seed, core and chop
3 yellow banana peppers, seed, core and chop
2 green bell peppers, seed, core and chop
1 c. canned tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic or garlic powder
2 tbsp. coriander or parsley
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
chopped onions - your preference

Directions:

Mix throughly and store in plastic or glass container. Refrigerate.

To freeze - cook salsa on stove and bring to a boil - cool and store.
